Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and well being a consultation card must be completed on your first visit. I do not have a waiting room, so please arrive on time for your appointment. No toilet facilities or refreshments served due to current Government Guidelines.
We only accept BACS, PayPal (paypal.me/crjarvis) friends/trusted option only and cash payments.

To secure your booking you will be required to provide a deposit. This deposit is not transferable or refundable. Manual Lymphatic Drainage massages for treatment after cosmetic surgery are to be block booked and paid for in advance. Payment upfront will be required for all last minute appointments. Please prepay on the day of your appointment, unless paying cash. There will be an additional charge for all out of hours appointments. We do operate a cancellation policy. Please see below.
Clients are expected to ensure they are happy with the result of their treatment before leaving the premises, as refunds after leaving will not be given. No refunds are given for gift vouchers.
Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on treatments you will be charged 50% within this time and 100% if you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show.
You will be charged at your next appointment or invoiced for the full amount.
If you need to cancel due to medical reasons the cancellation policy will be waived, however you will need to provide a doctors certificate within 7 days of the treatment date.
Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant so that we are able to adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Please be aware we cannot perform treatments on anyone under 16 years of age without written consent from a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians must be present during the treatment. Due to our insurance policy we cannot allow under 16’s in the salon when they are not having a treatment to prevent accident or injury. Please find adequate childcare before coming to your treatment for peace of mind for you and your therapist.
We reserve the right to terminate the treatment at any time if the client presents inappropriate or sexual behaviour and the full fee will be charged.
Late for Appointment
If you are running late for your appointment try to inform us as soon as possible. Please be aware you will lose out on treatment time, as we have other clients booked in straight after you. The full fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Patch testing is required for clients who have never had eyelash or eyebrow tinting or LVL lashes.
The Client will pay a Deposit upon Booking a Treatment/s. This Deposit is not transferable or refundable.
The Client is responsible for providing an accurate address and relevant contact details. Aura Beauty & Massage will have no liability for any loss of time due to inaccurate address information. The Client shall also provide a contact number at the point of Booking.
We reserve the right to terminate the treatment at any time if the client presents inappropriate or sexual behaviour, with the full price being paid.
The Client should state if they, or any Guest/s, has any medical conditions or allergies when making a Booking. All treatments can only be given to pregnant clients who are passed the 1st trimester of their pregnancy.
Please note you are responsible to ensure there is parking for our Therapist/s close to the venue. There will be a charge for travel and car parking depending on the location.
All treatments are provided consecutively, with no breaks, unless pre-arranged between the Client and Aura Beauty & Massage.

The Client/s will ensure that adequate smoke-free space is provided downstairs, power points and access to hot water.
It is advised that in order to gain maximum time, relaxation and effective results from Treatments, smaller children and pets are not present at the location. In any event, all guests under 16 must be supervised by a parent. We cannot be held responsible for the supervision of children.
The Client may be asked to provide standard tables and chairs and water refreshments.
Due care and consideration must be taken with the Therapist/s equipment and products. The Client accepts responsibility and must pay for any damage caused by themselves or any Guest/s, including children or pets, in attendance.
The Client must make all reasonable efforts to ensure that they limit the intake of alcoholic beverages prior to, or whilst receiving Services.
Therapist/s may refuse Treatments to a Client, or any Guest/s, who are reasonably believed to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
The Client is responsible for protecting their belongings and to cover any carpets, tables, etc appropriately.
Aura Beauty & Massage shall not be liable to the Client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the said Client.
The Client will ensure that the Therapist is warmly welcomed upon their arrival. (Assist with heavy equipment, etc).
Aura Beauty & Massage are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
The Client will ensure that pets and small children will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury.
The Client, or any Guest/s, will ensure that they are ready on time. Any late starting of treatments will result in reduction of treatment time.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would like to send you details of special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your must bring along your voucher to your appointment. If the treatment exceeds the value of the voucher then further payment will be required. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
