Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised treatment, using light pressure and rhythmic movements to prompt lymph flow, for people who suffer from lipoedema, lymphoedema, water retention or swollen, puffy arms, legs or ankles. 

Also helps to reduce inflammation and relieve pressure in the sinuses and ears.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialist reflexology technique which stimulates specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The treatment is given on the feet rather than via direct MLD over the affected areas, therefore avoiding discomfort that may be experienced during the MLD treatment.
